The staff were very nice and helpful. I found the breakfast to be perfect with excellent food and drinks choice. The hotel's location helped me enjoy the processions and the touristic spots.
The thermostat in my room indicated 25 degrees upon arrival. Turning it down or adjusting the fan on the air conditioning had no effect. I was told it was a fixed temperature, and I should open the window. Customer service was dismissive about this issue.

The room thermostat was a joke. It claimed 25 degrees upon arrival, but no amount of fiddling changed anything! a staff member cheerfully suggested i open a window instead... in spain... in summer?!

The room upgrade was such a lovely surprise upon arrival. It seemed like a special welcome. star guests enjoy those little extras. I appreciated the late check-out. breakfast was wonderful, a highlight of our stay. the staff's kindness and the beautifully renovated facilities added to the charm.
The bathroom was a bit small. I found myself bumping into the door sometimes.

the hotel has been newly renovated, adding a touch of modern elegance, and i loved that so much. complimentary light refreshments are available in the lobby too, this is a nice touch for those moments when you just need a little pick-me-up after sightseeing.

the room had great lighting and so many mirrors; it helped so much when getting ready! the bed was wonderfully comfortable; it really was a perfect retreat after a long day, though the pillows were just ok, slightly firm for me.

the staff were helpful; they truly cared for our needs. they were very attentive at breakfast making sure everything was perfect, though sometimes it took a little time to get through the front desk calls.
